American Apparel Printwear Tour
American Apparel was once the go-to wholesale distributor for t-shirt decorators and boutique apparel artists alike. Having been less popular in recent years, American Apparel has made a strong comeback with a new brand and positioning. Focussed on targeting decorators with premium tees for premium prints, AA sought to create a “Printwear Tour”: a series of popup print parties across the United States as a way to engage with the decorator community. These ongoing events are hosted at notable print shops with live music, food, drinks, and live t-shirt printing. LG2 Toronto was tasked at developing a series of posters, banners, and signage that have the flexibility to be used from location to location.
